2020 UM Clergy Multi-church 3Q and Full-time Compensation Information Worksheet - retired

This is the online compensation information worksheet for a UM clergy person who is retired serving at a combination of two or more churches equaling three-quarter to full-time for 2020.  Each church will fill out a separate worksheet reflecting their share of the compensation.

You may save your work and then return to this worksheet to add or revise.  When the worksheet is completed, notify your district office.  They will review this worksheet and provide you a Clergy Compesation Agreement document to present at a charge conference for approval. After health insurance information is available and has been added to the worksheet, your district office will provide you an additional document for payroll purposes.
