2018 Annual Conference GUEST Registration

This registration form is for GUESTS of the Oregon-Idaho Annual Conference. MEMBERS should use the member registration. Click here to go to the member registration formOnline registration will be available through June 5, and you may make changes to your online registration until that date. After June 5, the only way to register for the 2018 Annual Conference Session is to come to the on-site check-in at the Riverside Hotel in Boise on June 13, between 3:00-6:30  p.m., or June 14 in the morning. Because meals must be paid for in advance, there can be no refunds after June 5.

We need volunteers at Annual Conference to offer extravagant hospitality.  Tasks include welcoming and directing people on Wednesday afternoon/evening, greeting before worship services, counting offerings with conference staff, and other short duration duties that do not take away from attendance at sessions.   • Sage District Lunch: Clergy, laity, and friends are invited to celebrate the work of the churches and people of the Sage District and to bid farewell to Superintendent Rev. Gwen Drake, who is retiring, and hello to those new to the district.
  • U M Women: A special speaker will be featured at this lunch open to all women and men.
  • Extension Ministers' Lunch: Extension Ministers will gather, possibly with our bishop, to share and meet each other.

  • Global Missions: All are welcome to review and celebrate the mission work of the Oregon-Idaho annual conference.
  • Columbia District: A gathering of Columbia District clergy and laity.  This reception-style dinner replaces the usual district lunch, and will feature small plates rather than a buffet.
  • Laity and Clergy of Small Membership Churches: Gather with other laity and clergy of small membership churches to share the stories of ministry bringing life to those outside and inside of the local church. Information on the United Methodist Rural Advocates legislative consultation for General Conference 2020 will be shared.

  • Claremont School of Theology: Join us for lunch with Claremont Alumni/ae and friends.
  • Methodist Federation for Social Action: Justice-seeking United Methodists will gather to enjoy a meal together, be encouraged in our continuing work, and have a very brief business meeting.
